Student 2012/2013On Sunday, April 28th, Gary Elmer and Michael Zelenka represented Global Outreach superbly at the State KC Convention in the Wisconsin Dells.
Many people visited the Global Outreach booth and also greeted Gary and Michael after their presentations. They also received some leads for host families for next year.
Michael has been a member of the Winneconne KC Council and has also worked with members of the Neenah Council at Packer games. While here he has received the First, Second and Third Degrees of the Knights of Columbus and was named "Knight of the Year" by his home council in Winneconne. The state KC officers were very pleased with the presence of Global Outreach at their convention and gave every indication that Global Outreach will be welcome again at future conventions.
